Restore a purchase

On a new phone or after reinstalling, open Duper, tap the collected count at the top of Presets, then tap Restore purchases. The Super Duper screen has a Restore button too. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

Cancel or change your plan

Super Duper is billed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Duper. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Apple handles every payment, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue them ourselves.

What is free

Dupes and previews are unlimited. Saving is free three times a week, counted over the last seven days, so each save comes back a week after you spent it. Super Duper adds unlimited saves, video export, Lightroom presets and Fujifilm recipes.

A link will not dupe

• Duper can only read public posts. A private account's post will not open.
• Paste the post's own link (Share, then Copy link), not a profile link.
• A screenshot works too: pick it from your library as the look.

Your data

There is no account, so your edits stay on your phone. What leaves it, and when, is on the privacy page. To ask us to delete anything held on our side, write to hello@getduper.com.
